Let the length be $xm$

Width$=50m$

Cost of fencing$=4680$

Rate$=18$

Perimeter$=\frac{4680}{18}=260$

Perimeter$=2(x+50)=260$

$x+50=130$

$\Rightarrow x=80m$

$\therefore$ Length$=80m$

Area$=length\times width=80\times 50$

Area$=4000m^2$

Rate of levelling$=Rs.7.6/m$

Total cost$=Rs.(4000\times 7.6)=Rs.30400$
