breadth of room = $7.5m$

Area of floor $=10\times 7.5=75m^2$

width of carpet = $1.25m$

Now, Area of floor = Area of carpet

$10\times 7.5=1.25\times$ length of carpet

length of carpet $=\frac{10\times 7.5}{1.25}=60m$

Cost per meter = $250Rs$

Total cost = Length of carpet $\times$ cost per meter

$=60\times 250$

$=Rs15000$
