Then height of cylinder =18 cm

And Circumference base of cylinder =44 cm

$\therefore 2\pi r=44$

$\to \frac{44\times 7}{2\times 22}$

$\to 7cm$

So radius of cylinder = 7 cm

Then Total surface area of cylinder =$2\pi r(r+h)=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 7(7+18)=2\times 22\times 25=1100c{m}^2$
