Breadth of rectangular paper =$3\frac{1}{5}cm$ =$\frac{16}{5}cm$

Using fromula Perimeter of rectnagle = $2\times (length+breadth)$

= $2\times (\frac{17}{3}$+$\frac{16}{5})$

=$2\times \left(\frac{85+48}{15}\right)$

=$2\times \left(\frac{133}{15}\right)$

=$\frac{266}{15}$

=$17\frac{11}{15}cm$
