$\therefore$ Length of the paper = circumference of the cylinder

$\therefore 11=2\pi r$

$11=2.\frac{22}{7}.r$

$\frac{11\times 7}{2\times 22}=r$

$\therefore r=7/4cm$

Volume of the cylinder = $\pi r^{2}h$

$=\frac{22}{7}.\frac{7}{4}.\frac{7}{4}.4$

$=\frac{77}{2}$

$=38.5c{m}^2$

$\therefore$ Volume of the cylinder = $38.5c{m}^3$
