The correct option is B 4.0m

Volume of water in the rectangular tank will be equal to the volume of water in the cylindrical tank.
Volume of a Cylinder =πR2h
Radius of the cylindrical tank =Diameter2=14m

Volume of a cuboid =l×b×h

Hence, 28×22×h=227×142×4
h=4m
Hence, the least height of the tank that will serve the purpose is 4m.
