We know that volume of a cuboid = l $\times$ b $\times$ h
$\Rightarrow 650000=130\times 250\times h$
$\Rightarrow h=\frac{\left(650000\right)}{130\times 250}=20cm$
Therefore, height of the tank is 20 cm.
