Let original price = Rs. x/kg.

$Reducedprice=\left(\frac{79}{100}x\right)/kg$

$\frac{100}{\frac{79}{100}}-\frac{100}{x}=10.5$

$\Rightarrow \frac{10000}{79x}-\frac{100}{x}=10.5$

$10000-7900=10.5\times 79x$

$orx=\frac{2100}{10.5\times 79}$


$\therefore Reducedprice$

$=Rs(\frac{79}{100}\times \frac{2100}{10.5\times 79})/kg=Rs2/kg$
