Let original price of rice per kg = Rs. x

$\therefore$ new price of rice per kg = Rs. $\frac{3x}{4}$

$\therefore \frac{600}{\frac{3x}{4}}-\frac{600}{x}=10\Rightarrow 600(\frac{4}{3x}-\frac{1}{x})=10\Rightarrow \frac{600}{3x}=10\Rightarrow x=\frac{600}{30}=Rs.20$

$\therefore$ New price $=\frac{3x}{4}=\frac{3\times 200}{4}=Rs.15/kg$
