Given that,

Perimeter of regular pentagon of side $12cm=$ Perimeter of regular Hexagon

$⟹5\times 12=6a$

$⟹60=6a$

$⟹a=\frac{60}{6}$

$\therefore a=10cm$

i.e., Side of regular Hexagon $=10cm$
