$\because$ For a strain gauge,

Gauge factor is given by,
$G=\frac{\Delta R/R}{\Delta l/l}$

Here,
$\frac{\Delta l}{l}=150\times {10}^{-6}$

$\therefore$ $G=\frac{0.150/250}{150\times {10}^{-6}}=4$
