$\Rightarrow 2\times \frac{22}{7}\times r=132$
$\Rightarrow r=132\times \frac{7}{2\times 22}cm$
$\Rightarrow r=3\times 7$
$\therefore r=21cm$
Hence, the radius of the circle is $21cm$.
