Hence Hypotenuse$=13$cm because it is the largest side.

$\therefore$ Base$=$Radius$=5$cm, Height $=12$cm.

Volume of cone $=V=\frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2}h$

$=\frac{1}{3}\times \frac{22}{7}\times 5^2\times 12$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times 25\times 4$ on simplification

$=314.28c{m}^3$ on simplification
