$\Rightarrow T.S.A\text{of Cone}=\frac{22}{7}\times 5cm\times 18cm$

$\Rightarrow T.S.A\text{of Cone}=\frac{1980}{7}c{m}^2$

$\Rightarrow T.S.A\text{of Cone}=282\frac{6}{7}c{m}^2$
