Given:- Weight of nitrogen =35kg
Pressure, P1=6 atm
Pressure, P1=9 atm

Solution:-

As per ideal gas equation

PV=nRT

PV=wMRT

For the initial condition be force adding oxygen

6×V=35×100025RT.........(1)

For the final condition after adding oxygen

9×V=(3528+x32)×1000×RT.............(2)

Equating both the equation we get,

23=35×100028(280+7x224)×1000

x=2807=40kg

Hence the correct option is D
