Moment of inertia of inner ring I1=m1r21
I1=0.250×(0.20)2
I1=0.01 kg-m2
Moment of inertia of outer ring I2=m2r22
I2=0.500×(0.40)2
I2=0.08 kg-m2
Total moment of inertia of system of rings about axis OO',
I=I1+I2
I=0.01+0.08
