Given that,

Mass of rocket $M = 3.5 \times 10^{- 4} k g$

Now, total acceleration is

$a^{'} = g + a$

$a^{'} = 9.8 + 10$

$a^{'} = 19.8 m / s^{2}$

Now, thrust of blast of rocket is

$= m a^{'}$

$= 3.5 \times 10^{- 4} \times 19.8$

$= 69.3 \times 10^{- 4}$

$= 6.93 \times 10^{- 5} N$

Hence, the thrust of blast of rocket is $6.93 \times 10^{- 5} N$
