Potential difference between points A and C is,

VAVC=25 V

Also,
VAVC=Bωl22

VAVC=Bωl22=25 V .....(1)

Potential difference between points A and mid-point B is,

VAVB=Bω(l2)22=14[Bωl22]

VAVB=254 V ...........(2)

Using equations (1) and (2),

VBVC=25254

VBVC=754 V

Hence, (C) is the correct answer.
