Solution

Length of Mangalgiri cloth =79 m
Length of Pochampali cloth =56 m
Cost per meter of Mangalgiri cloth = Rs. 128
Cost per meter of Pochampali cloth = Rs. 217
Total cost of Mangalgiri cloth = Rs. 128×79= Rs. 10112
Total cost of Pochampali cloth = Rs. 217×56= Rs. 12152
Amount received by shopkeeper after selling the clothes = Rs. 10112+ Rs. 12152= Rs. 22264
