a. If the vehicle has a speed of $20.0 m s^{- 1}$ at point A, what is the force exerted by the track on the car at this point?

At $A$ force entered by back on cart $=$ Normal force
$= - (m g - \frac{{m V}^{2}}{r})$
$= - 500 \times (\frac{80 - 30}{3})$
$= \frac{500 \times 50}{3}$
$= 8333.33 N$
