Let B's height $=h$

$\therefore$A's height$=1.2h$

$\frac{1.2h-h}{1.2h}\times 100=\frac{0.2h}{1.2h}\times 100$

$=\frac{2}{12}\times 100=\frac{100}{6}=816.67$%

$\therefore$B's height is $16.67$% less than A's height
