Solution

The correct option is C 1.06
149 g of (NH4)3PO4 contains 12 g of H.
For 3.18 moles of H i.e. 3.18 g of H,
3.18 g of H present in 149×3.1812=39.5 g (NH4)3PO4.
149 g of (NH4)3PO4 contains 64 g of Oxygen.
39.5 g of (NH4)3PO4 will contain 64×39.5149 g oxygen= 16.96 g oxygen.
i.e. 16.96 g oxygen present in the sample.
Number of moles of oxygen 16.9616=1.06 moles
