The correct option is B +208.8 J
Given,
Heat absorbed by the gas (ΔQ)=+54 cal
ΔQ=54×4.18=+225.72 J

It is given that pressure is constant and is equal to atmopheric pressure.
P=1.013×105 Pa.

Change in volume (ΔV)=167×106 m3

Now, as per first law of thermodynamics
ΔQ=ΔU+ΔW
ΔQ=ΔU+PΔV
225.72=ΔU+1.013×105(167×106)
ΔU=+208.8 J
Thus, option (b) is the correct answer.
