in 100 gm of the starch molecule will contain .86 gm of phosphorus
given 1atom of phosphorus is contained in one molecule.
therefore Na(avagadro no) of phosphorus will also contain Na molecule or 1mole which corresponds to molecular mass.
0.86 gm of phosphorus equal to 100 gm of a molecule
31 gm corresponds to 100×310.086=36045gm
molecular weight is 36045 gm
