Thus, volume of the sand in the sandbox = length $\times$ width $\times$ height

$=7\times \frac{3}{2}\times 2=\frac{7\times 3}{2}\times 2=\frac{21\times 2}{2}=\frac{42}{2}=\frac{42÷2}{2÷2}$

$=21cuft$
