The correct option is D 1.6 hours if it is rotating from west to east
Given Ts=1.5 and Te=24
So, ωs=2π1.5=4π3 radians/hr
similarly ωe=π12 radians/hr
relative ω=ωsωe=4π3π12=5π4
Relative T=2π5π4=1.6 hrs
So, it will above point P after 1.6 hrs.
