A school provides milk to the students daily in a cylindrical glasses of radius k cm. If the glass is filled with milk upto an height of 12 cm, then litres of milk is needed to serve 1600 students is 739.2 l.Find the value of 2k.

Volume of milk in one cylindrical glass =π×r2×h=π(k)2(12) cm3=227(k)2×12=37.7k2 cm3
For 1600 students, V=1600×227×12×k2=739.2×1000
k2=739200×722×1600×12 cm2
k=3.5 cm =72 cm
k=7
