Fe(HCO₃)₃ has 16 atoms. So atomicity is 16.

It has 1 Iron and in the brackets, 1 Carbon, 1 Hydrogen, 3 Oxygen atoms.
But it indicates that the $(H C O_{3})$ is thrice in the formula. So number of atoms in the brackets should be multiplied thrice.
So, $(H C O_{3})_{3}$ is 3 Carbon, 3 Hydrogen, 9 Oxygen atoms.
