Main scale reading (MSR) = 0 mm
Circular scale reading (CSR) = 60 divison
Least count (LC) of the screw gauge
LC=Value of 1 main scale divisionTotal circular scale division
LC=1100=0.01 mm

D=MSR+(CSR×LC)
D=0+(60×0.01)
