Question
A sealed cane of mass 600g has a volume of 500cm(cube)
Will this Cane sink in water
Open in App
Solution
Density of water = 1 gm/cm³
Mass of the object =600 gm
Volume=500cm³
Density=Mass/Volume
=600/500
=1.2 gm /cm³
Therefore, The sealed object will sink as the density of water is less than density of can.
