Paper sheet required for oe cap=curved surface area of cone $=3.14\times r\times l$
$l=\frac{(3^2+4^2{)}^1}{2}=5$
Curved surface area is $=3.14\times 4\times 5=62.8c{m}^2$
Total no of caps that can be manufactured $=\frac{1000}{62.8}=15.92$ that is 15 caps.
