Then,

$x\times 102\%=3213$

$\begin{array}{c}x=3213\times \frac{100}{102}\\ =3150\end{array}$

Then,

$x\times 105\%=3150$

$\begin{array}{c}x\times \frac{105}{100}=3150\\ x=\frac{3150\times 100}{105}\\ =3000\end{array}$

Hence,

We get $A$ pay article is $3000$.
