When all the options are placed in order, it looks like one complete sentence which makes perfect sense, except for one thing that's missing, which makes the sentence a little out of place. An article is missing from option B. The sentence is in the superlative degree of comparison, where the show in the statement is compared to all the other shows staged in that particular event. The adjective 'best' is a superlative, and before superlatives we always add the article 'the'. Hence option B is the correct option with an error, and rest all the options have no grammatical error, hence they're incorrect for this question.
