The correct option is A 55 km/h
Here we are given velocity of 'A' vA=10^i

Velocity of A w.r.t B, vA/B=5^j
We know that, vA/B=vAvB
5^j=10^ivB

vB=10^i5^j

Hence magnitude of absolute velocity of B is ,
|vB|=102+52=55 kmph
