The correct option is D 17%
Cost price(CP) = ₹200 × 10 = ₹2000
5 bulbs are fused, so remaining bulbs are, 200 − 5 = 195
Selling price(SP) = ₹(195 × 12) = ₹2340

Profit = SP − CP
= ₹(2340 − 2000) = ₹340

Profit% $= \frac{Profit}{CP} \times 100$
$= \frac{340}{2000} \times 100 = 17 %$

Hence, the gain percent is 17%.
