A shopkeeper buys 50 articles for ₹ 2000 and sells them at a profit of 20%. Find the selling price of one article.
Since there is a profit, (S.P > C.P)
Given Profit % = 20 % of C.P
∴ Profit =0.20×2000=400
Hence, S.P = ₹ (400 + 2000) = ₹ 2400
Total Number of articles bought = 50
So, the SP of each article= 240050 = ₹ 48
