Total C.P = C.P = C.P + Transport packet cost

$=Rs(64+1)$

gain % = 16%

$C.P=\left(\frac{100}{100+16}\right)\times S.P$

$C.P=\frac{100}{116}\times S.P$

$S.P=\frac{116}{100}\times C.P=\frac{116}{100}\times 65=\frac{1508}{20}$

$=Rs75.4$
