$∴$ Selling price $= 90 %$ of 120
$= \frac{120 \times 90}{100} = R s . 108$
Profit $=$ Selling price $-$ Cost price
$= R s . (108 - 100) = R s . 8$
Profit % $= \frac{8 \times 100}{100}$
$= 8$ %
