Cost Price of 100 bulbs = $100\times 20=Rs.2000$
Total number of bulbs left for sale = 100 – 20 = 80
Since there is no gain or loss, total selling price of 80 bulbs = Rs. 2000
Therefore, selling price of each bulb $=\frac{2000}{80}=Rs.25$
