Marked price$=$ Rs. $30$.
Discount $=15\%$ of $30$
$\Rightarrow$ Discount $=\frac{15}{100}\times 30=$Rs$4.5$
Then S.P $=30-4.50=$Rs$25.50.$
Rs. $1.50$ shuttle cock is given free so actual S.P $=$Rs$25.50-Rs1.50=Rs24$
Profit percentage $=20$
CP $=\frac{100}{100+PercentageProfit}\times SP$
Then $C.P.=\frac{100}{120}\times 24=Rs20.$
