The correct option is B

Rs.1344


S.P of shopkeeper = Rs 1500, VAT rate= 12%

and VAT = Rs 36

So, VAT paid by shopkeeper = x×(SP -CP)100

36 = 12100×(1500CP)

CP = 1200

Cost to shopkeeper = 1200 + 12100×1200 = Rs 1344
