We know that,

Also given that, if there was no discount, $S.P.=Rs.7500$ and $Profit=50\%$

We also know that,

$C.P.=\left[\frac{100\times S.P.}{100+Profit\%}\right]$

$\therefore C.P.=Rs.\left(\frac{7500\times 100}{150}\right)=Rs.5000$
