The napkins will be in Square shape.

Therefore,

Side of each Napkin $=\frac{100}{2}=50cm$

Perimeter of a Napkin $=4\times 50=200cm$

Perimeter of $4$ Napkins $=4\times 200=800cm$

Therefore the length of lace will require to trim all four sides of all the napkins is $800cm$, i.e., $8m$.
