The correct option is A 1000
Given:
Input signal, VBE=20 mV=20×103 V

Change in base current, ΔIB=20 μA=20×106 A

Change in collector current, ΔIC=2 mA=2×103A

Load/ output resistance, ro=10 kΩ=10×103 Ω

So, ro=ΔVCEΔIC10×103=ΔVCE2×103

ΔVCE=20 V

Further, voltage gain, AV=VoVi=VCEVBE=2020×103=1000

Hence, (A) is the correct answer.
