Given, magnifying power, m=5X for normal relaxed eye.

We know for relaxed eye,

m=Df

Where, D is the least distance of distinct image for the person.

5=25f (D=25 cm)

f=5 cm

For person whose near point is 50 cm,i.e, D=50 cm

Magnifying power,

m=Df=505=10X

Hence, (C) is the correct answer.
