The correct option is C $\frac{M_{2} F}{M_{1} + M_{2}}$
First consider both the blocks as a system
So, $F = (M_{1} + M_{2}) a$ .
$\Rightarrow$ $a = \frac{F}{M_{1} + M_{2}}$
Now consider the left block.
equation of its motion is-
$F - T = F \frac{M_{1}}{M_{1} + M_{2}}$ ,
which gives $T = F \frac{M_{2}}{M_{1} + M_{2}}$ .
