Given that,
VOC=230 V,
IOC=1.3 A,
POC=100 W
RC=V2OCPOC=2302100=529 Ω

Power factor angle,
ϕOC=cos1(POCVOCIOC)=cos1(100230×13)=70.46

Xϕ=RctanϕOC=529tan70.46=187.73 Ω

Referred to high voltage side,

RC=529×(400230)2=1600 Ω

Xϕ=187.73×(400230)2=567.8 Ω
