The correct option is B 3.0 cm
Distance from center at which n'th minima forms is
yn=nλDd
Given second minima as 3.0 cm,
So,
y2=2λDd
y2=2λDd=3.0 cm
We Know,sinθ=λd
yD=λd
y=λDd
From diagram the width of central maxima is 2y, i.e., y2.
