The correct option is C 100
For given half-wave rectifier circuit V2rms=1TT0V2dt

For half cycle, the diode will be in forward biased condition, so V=V0sinωt across the resistor and for next half cycle, the diode will be reverse biased (non-conducting), hence V=0 across the resistor.
Therefore,
V2rms=1T[T/20V20sin2ωt(dt)+TT/20 dt]
V2rms=1TT/20V20sin2ωt(dt)
V2rms=V204
or Vrms=V02

Given, V0=200 V
Vrms=V02=2002
Vrms=100 volts

Hence, option (D) is the correct answer.
