The correct option is D 0.3cos(2x+40tπ)
Given that,
Equation of incident wave yi=0.3cos(2x40t)

Since the wave is moving towards a fixed end x=0, we can say that, At=0 , Ar=Ai

After reflection, the wave moves in the direction opposite to the direction of incident wave.
Therefore, equation of the reflected wave will be
yr=0.3cos(2x+40t)
cos(πθ)=cosθ we get ,
yr=0.3cos(π(2x+40t))
or yr=0.3cos(2x+40tπ)
[since cos(x)=cosx]
Hence, option (d) is the correct answer.
